Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Engagements can be ended cleanly by either side. This page defines the notice periods and what is owed when that happens; the money side is detailed in the Refund Policy.
01Project engagements (MVP & AI systems)
- Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice.
- On termination you pay for all completed milestones and work in progress up to the effective date, with the deposit retained and credited toward that amount (see the Refund Policy); we hand over everything paid for, including in-progress work in its current state.
- Cancelling before the start date is governed by the deposit rules in the Refund Policy.
- We may terminate immediately if invoices are more than 21 days overdue or if you materially breach the Terms; the same payment-for-work-done rule applies.
02Advisory engagements
- After the 90-day minimum, either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice; the engagement continues through the notice period.
- Within the first 14 days, early termination is available under the pro-rata terms in the Refund Policy.
03Pausing an engagement
A project may be paused once, by written agreement, for up to 30 days. Beyond that, the reserved slot is released, and resuming depends on availability and may be re-quoted.
04Digital products
One-time digital purchases are non-cancellable once delivered; see the Refund Policy for the 7-day refund window.
