Delivery Policy

• Code is delivered through a repository you own or are granted admin access to (GitHub or equivalent), deployed to infrastructure under your accounts.
• Documents, designs, and documentation are delivered to email addresses or shared workspaces you designate.
• Delivery milestones and dates are stated in each proposal or SOW. A milestone is delivered when we notify you in writing that it is available in the agreed location.
• Credentials and access are handed over at final delivery; we remove our own access at handoff unless you ask us to retain it for support.

Digital products are delivered by email from our payment provider, typically within 5 minutes of payment confirmation and no later than 1 hour.

Check spam and the email used at checkout first. Then email samrat@samrat.co with your order or invoice reference — we resend or restore access within one business day.
